I am known for working well in collaborative working environments, problem-solving and attention to detail but equally strong in self-direction and proactive in a sole-working environment.A Marketing graduate of Massey University, then 15 years with BP Oil NZ Ltd (1999 - 2014) including 11 years in Asset Management focused on property portfolio management, contract negotiations and development of specialised fuels marketing facilities. I was promoted to the BP Property & Development Manager in 2010.This was followed by an 8 year stint as a Development Manager for the Hutt City Council's property company, Urban Plus Limited. I undertook a wide range of property projects including acquisitions & divestments, social & affordable housing developments, land subdivisions, and medium density housing developments for the market.Currently self-employed, undertaking various property projects and am open to any interesting opportunities that are out there.
