Worked with the entire global SOF enterprise to create a 40hr course and curriculum to educate joint military and government civilian logisticians on supporting Special Operations worldwide.

Serves as the Director of Logistics for a Special Forces Group Support Battalion conducting operations against ISIS in Syria. Responsible for sustaining ~ 250 Soldiers conducting combat operations in Syria, Jordan and Turkey.

Serves as the Regimental Logistics Support Team Chief directly responsible for Business Development to the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR) Airborne and 5th Special Forces Group (SFG) Airborne providing service to both CONUS and OCONUS Special Operations. Plans manages and executes the strategic support capabilities of Army Materiel Command (AMC) for all Special Operations Forces on Ft Campbell Kentucky, for acquisition, logistics and technology. Provides management, reporting, development and deployment readiness for two GS-13 Logistics Management Specialists (LMS) and eight Logistics Assistance Representatives (LAR) comprised of three Lifecycle Management Commands (LCMC)-Army Aviation and Missile Command, Communication and Electronics Command and Tank Automotive and Armament Command. Manages training and Cost avoidance in excess of $15M.

- Supports clinical supply responsibilities including but not limited to protocol interpretation, demand planning, supply planning, distribution, and inventory management.- Supports the development of operational/logistics strategies and works collaboratively with CSCM, Quality Assurance, and other functional groups to develop strategies ensuring on time, safe delivery of all clinical materials and shipments.- Responsible for ensuring accurate inventory records at all depots through timely reconciliation.- Keep abreast of all incidents related to shipment and reports trending to Quality Assurance and supports the resolution of CAPAs.- Responsible for maintaining GDP, GMP and global trade compliance.- Collaborate with Logistics management and other members of CSCM, PDM, and external partners to resolve shipping related issues; Escalates to senior leadership as needed.- Revise and author SOPs and Work instructions with manager direction and support.- Obtain and review quotes, approves purchase requisitions and invoices.

Responsible for managing a 10M budget, HR training, policies, and procedures for over 237 military and civilian personnel including: employee relations; Individual Development Plans; security and safety management/training; civilian personnel and pay actions; employee relations and staffing. Focal point for the command's Human Capital Development process to include: Strategy, career development, performance appraisals, rewards/recognition, leadership development, and infrastructure and family support activities. Advocate for eLearning, online education, simulation training, learning seminars, and change management. Personally planned for the deployment, sustainment and redeployment of 24 separate US Special Forces Detachments,SEALs, Dutch, Australian, Jordanian and UAE SOF forces on 19 forward operating bases in Afghanistan over a seven month period in combat.Managed a 52 person detachment, who jointly plan, coordinate, and execute multifunction logistics to support a 432-man Special Forces Battalion.Coordinates the shipment of equipment and supplies throughout Asia supporting joint training exercises with multiple nations; over $140 million in successful shipments.Oversees the use of Automated Export System (AES) Direct, which streamlines the export and import process with commercial carriers; only organization on Joint Base Lewis - McChord utilizing this system.Directly responsible for the maintenance, sustainment, and accountability of $ 4 million worth of equipment.Plans, coordinates, and executes special operations deployments and redeployments logistics to Asia, and throughout the Pacific; supporting multiple combat missions.

Served as principle staff advisor to Battalion Commander for all logistical matters including planning, coordinating, and supporting a variety of missions.Operated as the Battalion Budget Manager, responsible for forecasting, tracking, reconciling, and reporting over $20 million in expenditures across different government funding sources and agencies.Developed and implemented an innovative contract tracking system; resulted in increased visibility which effectively reduced contract timelines Supervised and managed the submission and execution of $47 million in service, equipment, and construction contracts.Synchronized logistical requirements in Iraq and Afghanistan as the Battalion Senior Logistician.

Executive Officer for a multifunctional general support and direct support company in Anbar Province Iraq. Provided support to Army and Marine units in combat for one year.

Provide logistics assistance to the 160th SOAR(A) and 5th SFG(A) in garrison or deployed locations and a single POC for all AMC/ASC support and logistical coordination. Assist the Regiment and Group command in reducing lead and response time regarding readiness and sustainment issues through the RESET process. Provide reach back capability to AMC/ASC and DLA assets.
