Ensuring the Learning Management System is provided with administration and development including implementation into a large business.Developing E-Learning projects for many business areas, from the Initial fact finding to the storyboard and then the final release.Liaising with Subject Matter Experts from each business area ensures full communication and auditing take place for each final release of e-learning content.The initial setup of Apprenticship scheme within the business, providing a 12 month training plan for apprenticies. Including Support, Development and personal development.Project management for each e-learning project or Classroom/training event project. Seeing each project through from initial stage until its final business release. Working closely with Risk and Regulation and Branding teams to ensure content delivers the correct messages from a branding and risk perspective.Developing and conducting train the trainer sessions for the use of LMS and its functions which allows the business to use the full LMS for departmental development and support.

Training Delivery: To new and existing staff on systems, customer service, membership and sales skills in order to achieve operational targets and customer statistics. Designing instructional workbook and e-learning materials, conducting classroom and web-based training using various software applications.Serve as a designated trainer Management and People Development: Act as the senior trainer responsible for providing support to new trainees through mentoring, observation, and feedback. Training for Line Managers to enable them to enhance their personal development in order to coach and train team membersCreation of Training Courses: Due to changing business needs and operational focus which also includes bespoke training courses Delivery of Assessment Centres: For customer service specialists and sales staff including the competency based interview, role play and testingTraining Planning: To implement a structured planning cycle To formalise the identification of training needs across departments within a corporate frameworkForecasting and planning training sessions within a demand led rota systemEvaluation of Training Courses: To collate feedback for the efficiency of training sessions Monthly review meetings: To review statistics and investigate new training needs Creation of Newsletter: With the purpose of updating staff on the quarterly business progress Intranet Authoring: Design and update the internal webpage for operating procedures, processes and development
