Learning & Development professional possessing extensive experience across bespoke training, blended learning through to developing eLearning to a multitude of media devices (PC’s to iPad).Experience encompasses ensuring learning content is delivered to an increasing diverse/mobilised work force, while designing powerful and inspirational learning interventions that demonstrate a measurable impact for the business and the learner. My present role also includes:• Facilitating training sessions and the Coordination of workshops / seminars and the delivery of training to Managers, the Senior leadership team as well as 3rd Party clients and Customers.• Managing a full Learning Management System for over 4000 office and field based employees. • Responsibility for managing the support, training and technical help for Administrators within the business as well as being the lead liaison with the LMS provider.• Managing relationships with clients and 3rd party providers to ensure the Learning and Development needs of the business are met and provide compliance.• Project management of eLearning projects or Classroom/training events throughout the business, seeing each project through from initial stage until final business release. • Working closely with Risk and Regulation and Branding teams to ensure content delivers the correct messages from a branding and risk perspective as well as HR policies• Creating the initial Apprentice scheme training within the business; providing development plans and personal development for Apprentices utilising knowledge from a Substantial HR and Learning and Development background.• Front of house Ambassador to the business presenting the company induction for all new colleagues Certifications include - TAP Certification in eLearning design
