I have formed this company in an effort to do several catagories of work which I have experience and enjoy doing. These catagories include:1. New custom residential and commerical cabinets.2. Remodel existing cabinetry including refacing, doors, hardware, and specialty cabinet compoenents.3. Small retail store fixture installations including rollouts, display setups, maintenance and repairs, surveys,and assembly. 4. Supervision for hire on contract basis.

Suppling and Installing ICF block and accessories to the commerical building industry nationwide. Including productsfrom two Energy Star rated and LEED certified ICF manufacturers.

Frontier Fixture Installations, Inc. was a nationwide company serving the retail, banking, restaurant, and hotel industry with installation of graphics, architectural millwork, casework, store fixtures, and storage solutions. Selected Achievements:1. I founded FFI with the help of a financier in 1999. I grew the company, starting in my home, from $0 to almost $1 million in sales in 2.5 years. Using my team-building management skills contributed greatly to the success of the organization. I handled the sales, marketing, project management, estimating, human resources, and occasionally field installations. 2. In July of 2005 I bought out my investor to become the sole proprietor of FFI. I continued to grow the company in spite of the economy but finally had to close in 2009.

Oklahoma Installation Company (OIC) was a $23 million dollar store fixture installation company that was owned by Oklahoma Fixture Company (OFC). Selected Achievements:1. I assumed control of all estimating, project management, and sales upon my arrival. Oklahoma Fixture Company and Oklahoma Installation Company had an exclusive contract with Dillard’s Department Stores to create and supply all fixtures. I grew the business to develop other markets including a three years, multimillion dollar rollout with Federated Department Stores. I was responsible for developing the initial lead into a sale, created systems of management for both the retailer and OIC/OFC. Eventually OIC received an additional 1/3 of the program. (Federated had initially involved three companies in this program and one of them failed to produce. Therefore we were awarded all their work because of the systems of management I developed for the program.)2. Built from scratch an estimating and project management system to track and capture information for the Board of Directors and created the interface with new accounting software. I was responsible for the growth of my organization to a staff of 5 Project Managers and 2 Assistant Administrators. 3. OIC sales grew from $13.5 to $23 million in the 5 years I was there which included growing my department from 1 to 6 Project Managers and Assistants. Even though we increased in staff our overhead decreased in large part because of my efforts in efficiency.

Completed active duty (1967-1968) aboard the USS Alamo LSD-33. We were on WestPac tours in Vietnam and supported the Amphibious fleet (Gator Navy) operations with the Marines and equipment in I Corp South Vietnam.
