I was hired to assist with the roll out of the FileNet P8 5.1 software for the banks simplification program where FileNet was selected as the strategic product to store all the banks documents that fell under the simplification programme. The bank used a specially adapted agile methodology called Water Scrumfall to roll out all solutions under the simplification programme.I am responsible for all and anything FileNet related in this field but am also chairman of the FileNet Core Working group that drives excellence into the delivery of solutions for the programme. We are creating a FileNet center of excellence for Lloyds Banking group and driving the use of the software into other areas of the banking as well as pulling all FileNet teams together to drive excellence and governance. I am assisting in how the FileNet software is used for Compliance using the InfoSphere Enterprise Records (IER), formerly Records Manager software across the banking group.I am assisting in the updating of the FileNet pattern for the group and how this pattern is managed and updated. As far as projects are concerned I have delivered 5 projects into production in the last 18 months, these include the banks switching solution. As a FileNet Subject Matter Expert I am regularly called upon to give advice and guidance for designs and solutions to business problems.I have gained extensive experience in the delivery of enterprise banking solutions where FileNet is used as the document repository all the way from design to delivery and production support. I always consider the larger picture and how a new implementation is going to impact the existing solutions.

I moved into a FileNet support management position managing 12 people who were geographically dispersed around the country at a number of our clients. Our clients were mainly in the banking and insurance industry.

Ensuring contracts were renewed, stake holder management and reporting directly to the director of Ovations.Ovations had an extensive coaching and mentoring program that I was actively involved with. They also had a performance based employee model that all managers had to drive and manage. As a consultant I assisted in getting business in the Isle of Man installing and managing the customer, Zurich Financial Services where we installed FileNet and a bespoke product called OvaFlo.
