I am part of a team that builds, manages and deploys devices, including desktops, laptops, tables and mobile phones. My role is to manage and troubleshoot issues using systems such as Active Directory, Office 365, Mobile MDM, Server Manager, Powershell and Mitel. I have been involved in various IT projects including Windows upgrades, Office 365 migrations, software upgrades and CRM database migrations. I also provide training to staff members when new hardware or software is deployed.

I assisted in building and installing software for replacement workstations in the public healthcare sector of British Columbia, Canada. I led and managed and team to complete the deployment of new hardware as well as the support and troubleshooting of any issues.In addition to the actual deployment of the workstations, I was the main contact person for client co-ordination and was responsible for scheduling and meeting deadlines, resolving any technical issues, billing and any associated paperwork.
