About Elias Glenzel

Hi! My name is Eli. I am a SAP Security and GRC professional with in-depth experience in all flavors of SAP and ERP offerings. I enjoy helping business's leverage technology to reimagine processes and empowering the people around me to be mindful of cybersecurity!Specifically with SAP, I have assisted with multiple S/4 HANA implementations, guided corporations through external technology audits, and helped my colleagues gain an appreciation for enterprise Security.I am currently working as a SAP Security/GRC Consultant for Markgraf Consulting. We are a large part of the SAP Security team at a Fortune 500 company where we have migrated multiple systems to S/4 HANA. I have led a security hardening project while also supporting the client with day-to-day security tasks. From self-audits, to user provisioning, to solving issues the business has, my goal every day is to provide the best customer service to our clients by using my security expertise and to help guide them in the decisions that best suit their needs.I have coursework and project-based experience in my field of study in the form of coding/scripting (C#, Python, JavaScript, HTML, Bash Shell Scripting), database design and implementation (networking, SQL, RavenDB, Access), and extensive project experience with the City of Portland. I aspire to live a life of continual education while working in information systems security. With technologies changing all the time I believe that is the best field to set myself up to be the best version of myself.I pride myself in my ability to seek opportunities and have the dedication to grasp and learn concepts fast.
