Reviewed, enforced, and assessed institutions quality of training using Army Enterprise Accreditation Standards. Performed document reviews, training observations, and analysis of data. Provided input on training policies, regulations, directives, and plans. Briefed senior level leadership on accreditation status and program changes. Completed and submitted accreditation reports and corrective action plans. Awarded Quality Assurance Master Level evaluator certificate for demonstrated expertise as team lead and evaluator during accreditations and site visits. Created a common understanding with over 100 personnel through sharing ideas and solutions on improvement of accreditation processes, regulations, and initiatives. A training on new accreditation processes and procedures establishing a base for future training across the community.  Selected by Director to serve as Senior Advisor due to knowledge, expertise, and leadership. Provided continuity within the community leaving no gap in services, assistance, or accreditation visits.

Supervised training and daily activities of a 1400-person organization. Managed individual training and professional development. Planned operations, provided analysis, and advised senior leadership on operation status and unit readiness posture. Created and maintained long and short term plans for 13 organizations. Oversaw all aspects of annual budget of $3 million dollars ensuring all missions and training were executed.  Analyzed, developed, and implemented strategic plan for 13 subordinate organizations to improve readiness excelling organization to 1 of 5. Selected by senior leadership to assume an additional senior leadership position ahead of peers.

Directed and synchronized logistics operations for 77 organizations and 7800 personnel in 20 states. Advised execution of subordinate organization’s logistics to include acquisitions, food service, maintenance, property management, and transportation. Analyzed, implemented, and developed logistics programs for a headquarters undergoing reorganization. This lead to 77 subordinate organizations continued support to their personnel without interruption of services. Planned and coordinated large complex operation that saved 2 weeks of time and recovered $100,000.00 worth of medical equipment and supplies. Developed course of actions for $25-million-dollar a year contract due to expire. The approved plan purchased medical support equipment and used owned equipment saving approximately $20 million dollars a year.

Administered, directed, and distributed logistics guidance to 8 hospitals, 22 medical organizations, and 4000 personnel equating to 25% of the Army Reserve medical force. Shaped, coordinated, and executed large medical training operation. Established life support requirements and ensured 100% of 1500 personnel life support requirements were provided.  Organized first ever training conference for over 100 personnel saving over $100,000.00.  Orchestrated and executed two large inventories of unaccounted equipment recovering $6 million dollars’ worth of equipment.
