My responsibilities for sales within the survey segment has been executed with a “creative solution” mentality with integration of third party suppliers including negotiation, closure of charter party (BIMCO) and standard procurement contracts. On several occasions I have been part of creating and contributing to marketing plans and strategies, where one example is the implementation of a CRM system in order to improve coordination between DOF Subsea entities on sales, marketing and business development to ensure a common and consistent approach. The position as Sales Manager encompasses several tasks and responsibilities which I have successfully accomplished. I have been nominated proposal leader for several complex survey tenders, this role involves full responsibility for the tender preparation from initial receipt of the ITT from clients, preparation of tender documents, monitoring of cost estimating, identifying and securing enabling assets to execute the work and handover to projects. The role requires strong project management skills and the ability to work hard and motivate others in the tendering team in order to meet tight deadlines. During project execution I have supported project management with monitoring and control of project performance against sales-budgets, schedule optimisation advice, support in ensuring compliance with clients quality and safety requirements, all by using the DOF’s business management system, to ensure client satisfaction.

Offshore

Started Offshore as Field Engineer and had the role as Senior Field Engineer in Charge (SEIC) / Party Chief for Fugro Survey AS after the first year. Comprehensive experience in survey and positioning services such as rig moves, pre-lay, suction anchor deployment, VSP, geotechnical, 3D High res site survey, 2D High res site survey, debris survey, subsidence surveys, cable lay, pipeline inspection, bundle tow and construction support. Work performed includes planning, preparation (FAT) and mobilisation. HPR\​HIPAP operations, LBL operations, calibrations and reporting in both English and Norwegian.As survey tech comprehensive experience in ROV survey equipment interface as Pipe tracker, Multibeam, MiniSVS, Digiquartz, Octans gyro, MUX and Doppler.Experience in work off the coast of United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Republic of Congo, Mauritania, United Kingdom, USA, South Africa and Norway.I have been using data software like MS office, Coral Draw, AutoCAD Lt, Fugro Starfix Suite and Starfix G2. General use of Microsoft Windows Platforms, extensive use of e-mail and maintenance of computers in general.

In my position as System Engineer in the work shop my work task was preparation (test and configuration) of equipment for field projects including maintenance, repair, calibration and upgrade of equipment. Prepare shipments/receptions of equipment used on field projects and assist with logistics. Fault finding and calibration of equipment in the field and in the workshop and short field projects.
