In this job, I am responsible for: Scanning files and sending the scan to the people responsible for the scanned file; Filling in protocol spreadsheets using Excel; Ensuring that all files are in order, standardized and with their respective SharePoint indications;Keeping files confidential and always being formal; Assisting my colleagues in the office, especially the supervisor, with administrative tasks; Providing assistance at the reception desk. In addition, the supervisor has allowed me to study while I'm not doing any work, so in the meantime I do research, take notes, read documentation and practice on programming websites.
