Is this mic on?Born and raised in Michigan, I received my education at Ferris State University. Following college, I obtained my investigative skills in the mean streets of Chicago. My career in the insurance claims industry began with a global insurer where I was tasked with handling primarily high exposure claims throughout the United States and Canada. I have earned AIC and CPCU designations from the Insurance Institute of America.Realizing a need for detailed field investigations I opened a Claims Investigation / Third Party Administration firm in Chicago and secured valued clients that I still enjoy relationships with over 20 years later. Moving to Florida to escape Chicago winters, I became involved in the structural restoration industry where I continued to use this knowledge of insurance coverages and nuances of the claims process.In 2014, I returned to my roots with the concept of providing boutique claims investigation services in an under-served market. Under my leadership, Three Griffins has grown exponentially since its inception. I still rely on my Midwestern values and work-ethic to guide me through my business and personal life.I reside in Wellington, FL with my daughter. My free time is devoted to volunteering with organizations that provide services to at-risk youth and riding my motorcycle without any particular destination.
