- Bachelor thesis based on Lean manufacturing and process redesign with the focus in the TSN Jobshop area. - The objective of the project was to redesign the processes inside the TSN Jobshop. - Through academic analysis, a design of a new and organized layout was achieved.- Implementation of Key Performance Indicators for the efficiency and productivity.
