Since Apr’06 with Trans Continental e Services (a subsidiary of Jet Airways Pvt Ltd), New Delhi.Key Responsibilities & Achievements Responsible for handling a team of 15-20 Guest Service Professionals who are responsible for the day to day operations of the International reservation.  One of the key persons involved in the starting and smooth functioning of the pioneer batch in the International Reservation in Delhi. Only person to conduct training sessions for International Reservations. Handling guest complaint’s and escalated cases and to give best solution. Ensure average staffed hours of the team is 8 hours everyday. Quality feedback shared with team members as a one on one with steps recommended for improvement such that targets are met. Conduct Monthly appraisals for all team members. Have participated in recruitments for domestic & international process Conduct one on one, with team members, which include performances/areas of improvement etc of each individual and motivate them to perform better. Provide supervisory support through daily monitoring and brief team with the latest schemes/promotions, new products and procedures, process change etc.  Daily monitoring of calls and give instant feedback to enhance the performance. Helping team to resolve problematic calls etc and ensure that all resources are available to the team in taking calls. Calibration & feedback sessions with Quality to achieve common understanding. Coordination with different departments.  Observe team members on floor and take corrective measures against any floor policy violation and HR/admin policy violation.  One on one session with managers and other team leader to enhance process knowledge and to ensure smooth functioning. Actively participated for floor activities and have motivated team to be a part on floor activities
