* Co-ordinating the international relocation to and from Turkey of more than 50 employees.* Managing Expat Assignment cost projections* Managing end to processes such as process starters, on-boarding, leavers and salarychanges etc* Template manager for English market documentation.* First point of contact for Global Mobility.* Facilitating the maintenance and enhancement of departmental “step-map” proceduresand know-how.* Responsible for investigating and resolving escalated data/system issues.* Maintaining and updating company’s Doc point and to ensure all data is current and accurate.* Responsible for contracts and documents generation for employees in the company.* Advising employees, line managers and HRBPs on general HR procedures policy and legal implications.* Building strong relationships across all Group Company HR teams and key stakeholders.* Training new members of staff in HR & Global Mobility procedures, to ensure consistency and compliance with policies and best working practices.* Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.* Acting as first point of contact between mobilisation team, the client and operational teams.* Assisting with administrative duties including team travel bookings, purchase orders, and providing weekly updates.* Co-ordinating and assisting new management team relocation program.* Conducting one to one interviews with the operational team.* Managing and co-ordinating diverse projects.* Managing the recruitment process, using Recruit Active software and uploading andupdating new vacancies on-line.* Administering background checks including obtaining references and medical clearance.* Preparing new contracts of employment, offer letters and amendments to contracts.* Preparing introduction packs for new starters.* Involved in general recruitment and HR administration duties.
