Scheduled and managed the migration of 4 remote hosted NextGen environments and .75Tb of data. This initiative included coordinating teams from multiple business partners to build custom SAN, pioneering the complete virtualization of NextGen and defining and building a Citrix farm for virtualization. Seamlessly managed IT and telecommunications support for 12 Dekalb affiliated associations.Advised on capital budget expenditures. Managed all IT/IS and Telecommunications allocations. Developed, planned and completed all annual IS goals, capital projects and initiatives while implementing policies consistent with these goals.Created 1st on site IT Department including the implementation of best practices, policies and procedures, as well as staff training and Disaster Recovery plans. Maintained compliance with all JCAHO, SOX AND HIPAA standards as well as all corporate standards. Completed hardware and software conversions.
