The Center for Advancing Policy and Education for Youth (CAPE-Youth) is a contractor for the Department of Labor's Office of Disability Employment Policy.Additional internal assignments include the design and implementation of a 50-state civic education policy scan. This taskforce is assembled from members across the country to tackle and confront issues such as civic education, physical and environmental health. These issues are reported in the committee's annual report.
