Since 1998, I have been working in the health and wellness industry as Co-Owner of "Better Health Naturally Intl" with my husband, Dr. Greg Belardi. Our goal is to empower people to take charge of their health. Although my previous work in cardiac and intensive care in the hospital, and in chronic illness and disease management in the home care field was crucial in the lives of my patients, my work in the "sick care" system involved intervening in illness and disease processes to the best of medicine's ability, often too late, after health and quality of life were lost. Preventing illness and disease is the first step in leading a healthy life. My mission now is to help others improve and build their health through essential hydration with Kangen Water and a healthy lifestyle to reduce the risks of degenerative diseases and increase the chances of staying out of the "sick care" system with its pain and costs.
