Rejoining an investment firm with over $200 billion invested across public and private markets over the course of 2024/25 to advise on brand, content and digital initiatives for the APAC region. I am currently working on a product launch, focused on value proposition development and managing go-to-market activity spanning content, communications and advertising.An advertising campaign has delivered a 4% brand recognition uplift in its first month. Articles and videos achieved over 1 million impressions through firm channels and content partnerships across a 3 month period. Refreshing webpage content alongside campaign activity saw a +25% uplift in web traffic translate to a +2017% uplift in high purchase intent engagements such as marketing flyer downloads.

Engaged to launch a content-led demand generation campaign dually focused on retention and broadening appeal of a product for new segments. Articulating the value proposition of a complex investment capability, I developed a content pipeline for the remainder of 2024. My ‘go wide, go targeted’ campaign approach generated 300+ leads in its first quarter while ensuring the right product is remarketed to the right segment. I implemented new compliance-driven data capture approaches and Salesforce build to visualise results and connect sales teams with enquiries.

Marketing for the Regal Partners, Regal Funds, VGI Partners and Attunga brands, together part of a group managing $8 billion for institutions, family offices and high net worth investors in wholesale products and listed investment vehicles.Launching the Regal Partners brand on the ASX, I deployed a luxury brand proposition and visual identity across a Group of investment brands. Setting marketing operations up for scale as the business grew from $3 billion to $8 billion in 2 years, I integrated systems to create a single view of investor engagement across products and brands. I supported capital raising activity for sales teams based in Sydney and Singapore, as well as corporate affairs and investor relations activities for four listed companies within the Group. I drove adoption of data-driven client acquisition workflows that dually leveraged sales teams and marketing automation to connect journeys across websites and emails, delivering compelling content and generating 650+ product enquiries in under 6 months.

First Sentier Investors manages over $200 billion for investors worldwide. Drawing on skills as a marketer and content creator, my focus was delivering brand and product campaigns, driving a digital events and communications program, and developing the marketing technology stack.Contributing to the separation of a $200bn+ investment business from Commonwealth Bank, I aided with the launch of the First Sentier brand and helped a traditionally institutionally-focused business pivot its approach to content and marketing tactics for wholesale and retail markets. I led a high-performing content program across a large global team that delivered inspirational insights into complex investment products. I supported the Australian distribution team with go-to-market strategies for various investor segments, managing product marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition and retention.

Pendal Group (formerly BTIM) was an ASX-listed company that invested nearly $80 billion for advisers, institutional and private clients. Initially hired as a coordinator, I progressed into a broad role responsible for lead generation, campaigns and events executed across the team, plus managing some communications and investor relations activities.Throughout its separation from Westpac, I launched a content program to independently build the brands’ reputation in the market. 17% of all investment application form visits originated from the content program I originated. In addition to managing sponsorships and events, I managed a highly regarded annual national roadshow with increased digital connectivity to drive product enquiries. I supported the Australian distribution team with product marketing campaigns, and developed digital infrastructure to surface highly engaged prospects in systems for sales team engagement.

Colliers International offers workplace design, technology and project management services to building owners and occupiers. I was responsible for planning and executing external and internal marketing communications initiatives and events for the Project Services division in Australia. I directly supported business development by managing RFP’s, awards submissions, sales pitches and research presentations.

Acquired by NASDAQ OMX in 2010, SMARTS is the leading provider of market surveillance technology to exchanges, regulators and brokers worldwide. Depending on business needs, I was engaged in public relations activities, administrative support to senior managers and international conference organisation between 3-5 days per week around studying. I helped organise two international conferences in Sydney and New York, highlighting our business capability to a broader market post acquisition, and assisted with a media program and corporate rebranding to support sale of the business.
