Mr. Martinez is an accomplished portfolio management professional who has worked closely with the public and private sectors in the U.S., Middle East, Latin America, and the Caribbean.As a U.S. Government Civilian he leads portfolio management efforts for the U.S. Army Logistics Domain as a Defense Business Systems senior acquisition professional in enterprise logistics information systems. He previously led program management activities for the U.S. Army Logistics Data Analysis Center (LDAC, formerly LOGSA) in enterprise integration and as deputy to the Product Director with the U.S. Army Logistics Modernization Program (LMP).
