Geoff founded Global Transitions Group in 2008 as a mentoring and consulting service to young Asian professionals desiring training in language acquisition, international business, and cross-cultural life skills. A network of international trainers partner with GTG to ensure top quality results for clients venturing into the exciting world of international work and living.GTG conducts a one-year intercultural training course designed to prepare young entrepreneurs to effectively live and work in other cultures of the world. Our training and consulting methods are based on extensive academic research and intercultural experience in China, S.E. Asia and the Middle East. Our motivation and goals for doing what we do are based on our sincere love for people everywhere and desire for them to be serving their God-given calling.Additionally, GTG provides comprehensive training evaluation services to other training organizations. Geoff has pioneered a proprietary tool known as the Intercultural Training Evaluation Checklist (iTEC) which is used as a baseline assessment for evaluating the effectiveness of intercultural training functions.
