Throughout my life, I have explored various facets that have allowed me to connect deeply with myself and others: bioenergetic therapy, therapeutic astrology, yoga, and singing have been paths that have nurtured and strengthened me on my personal and professional journey.Professionally, I am a Partner at Deloitte Peru, where I lead the Transfer Pricing area within the Tax and Legal team. For over 10 years, I have had the honor of guiding a committed team and supporting multinational companies in key sectors such as mining, energy, and telecommunications.With more than 22 years of experience in economic and financial consulting, I have learned the importance of precise diagnosis and strategic planning in optimizing commercial and financial operations.As an economist from PUCP, with an Executive MBA from UAI, I have been fortunate to be recognized in my field. In 2022, I was named Transfer Pricing Leader in Latin America by ITR and received the award in Mining Economics at the TIS Forum of Perumin 35. Additionally, I have the privilege of serving as a board member of IPIDET and being an active member of the tax committee of SNMPE.My purpose is clear: to combine my professional experience with my personal growth to inspire others, especially women, to lead with authenticity and courage in a world that needs more empathy and genuine connection.
