My experience comes from activities in multinational and medium/large size companies of mechanical, chemical and oil&gas sectors; often in situation of big changes of companies organization and strategic market scenery. This enabled me to develop and consolidate my work experience in several contexts, from engineering to project management, from production to industrialization till the management of the supply chain, not forgetting marketing and economics activities.As Project Manager I've been involved in EPC project of oil&gas onshore and offshore plants, chemical grass-root plants, taking care of multidisciplinary basic, detail and construction engineering, as well as hook-up and start-up activities.For many years I've been in charge of chemical plants and mechanical factories as Plant Manager. Acquiring good management capability and leadership, as well as team management.In recent years, in charge as technical manager of a leading EPC Contractor company, I have devoted most of my time to LNG technology, operating on one of the main regasification terminals in Italy.Finally, I have had numerous opportunities to work abroad, even for long periods: Europe, India, North Africa.
