Enabled Engineering Services to remain in forefront of funds requests for infrastructure improvements/maintenance by providing projected costs of expected repairs/replacement to PPES Director (after evaluating buildings’ ages, mechanical equipment, steam tunnels, piping, electrical feeders, roofs). Digitally archived 20K architectural/engineering plans by purchasing laser measuring devices, hiring students to field verify buildings, and transferring information into Auto-Cad. Dramatically reduced expenses by bidding out all re-roofing, furniture, blinds, systems furniture, and carpet projects.
