As the strategic leader for Food Services at Novena Health Campus (TTSH, NCID, and ICH), I ensure our operations align seamlessly with the hospital’s strategic objectives, consistently achieving key performance indicators and deliverables. My role involves the strategic conceptualization of all facets of Food Services operations and administration. This encompasses ensuring a continuous and reliable supply of food throughout Novena Health Campus, robust contingency planning, effective facilities management, and the adept handling of outsourced contracts and vendor relations. Leading a dedicated team, I am committed to upholding the highest service standards in a cost-effective, safe, and efficient manner, while ensuring long-term sustainability.

Overall lead in the commercial defence contract, a key account for the company in providing over 32,000 meals per day to SAF in-camp trainees together with a team of over 250 staff in 12 multi- functional institutional kitchens. Sustaining profits, setting directions for department’s progression and BCPs, conceptualise, designed efficiencies within the operations, ensuring its alignment with the company’s vision and mission. Additional areas of expertise includes managing and sustaining service levels of sub-departments, such as Quality and Assurance, Internal/external audits, Pest Control, Facilities and HR.

Sustaining company’s service deliverables thru auditing the internal Quality System, procedures, and provide management support by enforcements that instructions are diligently implemented.
