- Acting as the first point of contact for all property related requests across Safestore’s European Estate, as well as helping with its UK Estate.- Primarily fulfilling the duties of this role in French, both written and spoken fluently.- Liaising with and supporting local stakeholders by analysing and resolving their reactive requests using bespoke CAFM software. - Working closely with all Head Office Departments, stores, and contractors to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the business, based in our North London Head Office.- Allocating reactive work orders to in house engineers or third-party supply chain and taking ownership of Reactive Maintenance completion across Europe. - Monitoring the CAFM helpdesk portal ensuring all requests have been input correctly and actioned against our SLAs/KPIs.

Ensuring that all case evidence, including complaint forms, rebuttal evidence, general queries and complaints are thoroughly checked and processed accurately and in line with agreed procedures.Supporting case assessors and case officers with casework where required including but not limited to preparing cases for early resolution or proposed decision, processing review requests and responses to decisions.Providing general support to the Membership and Compliance teams as and when required by the Department Lead.Also supporting the Department Lead, by maintaining and regularly updating processes related to the role.
