Responsible for acquired entities in California with over $1 billion in revenues.Optum is a global team of approximately 80,000 people, working collaboratively across the health system to improve care delivery, quality and cost-effectiveness. Optum focuses on three key drivers of transformative change: engaging the consumer, aligning care delivery and modernizing the health system infrastructure.

Southwind, a division of The Advisory Board Company, is a physician management and consulting practice that provides physician alignment services including interim practice management, clinical integration, medical staff planning and physician practice operations improvement consulting to hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers and large, independent medical groups. Responsible for several large consulting contracts in New York, Tennessee, Pennsylvania and California.
