Designed and developed a process for the Facilities Support Team program and executed the implementing efficiency improvements that resulted in District savings of over $10 million per year. This new procedure development and program implementation, allowed us to resolve Fire, Safety and Health deficiencies that were diminished by an additional 50%.Evaluated and audited all the contracted consultant’s financial records that resulted in a reimbursement for M-DCPS for $150,000 due to overpayment. Supervised the accountability of contract cost accounting, cost analysis reporting, & project schedule focus to management. Directed the financial evaluation of contract implications and risks management, target pricing and preparation of proposals in Long-Term Contracts: $500K+. Accomplishments were due to my ability to apply regulatory analysis of pertinent laws, state and federal regulations, policies, and precedents, which affect the use of programs and related support resources (people, money, and/or equipment) in the area of (M-DCPS) Operations. Prioritized, evaluated and reported information in support of moderately complex projects to improve profitability, reduce costs, streamline operations or enhance customer service. Duties included analyzing and defining the long-term milestones and requirements for 52 departments in the (M-DCPS) district. Evaluated Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) financial reports to identify non-reimbursable items. Responsible for the financial evaluation of FEMA report to identify possible areas of discussions in a Forensic study of damages caused by Hurricane Catherina and Wilma. The final results were that there was 4.5 million dollars accountability each event. -
