Current* Liaison with groups within and outside of organization.*TAC, an agency representative designated by the administrative head of a criminal justice agency. Summary of TAC Responsibilities• Dissemination, privacy, security of all UCJIS files• Criminal Justice Agency Agreement• Agency ORI validation• Setting up new users and non-users• Fingerprint Submissions for all Users/Non-users • Creating and deleting logins• User and non-user Security Agreements• Training and testing all users• User Testing Agreements and updating CERT• Audits – BCI & IT• Policies and Procedures• REPT – keeping it current (names, training dates, etc.) • Attending annual TAC Conference• Training users/non-users after TAC Conference• Passing the annual TAC Test*Vendor Screener, help vendors with SAFR screening process including by doing a want and warrants check (NCIC), a social security number verification (Sterling), FBI criminal history check (fingerprinting), and an Interstate Identification Index (Triple I) criminal history check.* Manage projects or contribute to committee or teamwork. * Monitor Closed Circuit Television. (CCTV). Monitor, assess, and escalate internal/external physical security alerts and emerging risks.* Performs OSINT research, intelligence analysis in the District's Intelligence Team.* Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed. * Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork and maintaining documents.* Perform payroll functions, such as maintaining time keeping information and processing.* Inspect records/reports and maintain policies, procedures and directives.
