About Gloria Gomez

I am currently a second-year graduate student in UCLA's Clinical Psychology Ph.D. program. My research interests include studying sociocultural and cognitive mechanisms related to risk and resilience to depressive and anxiety disorders in racially and ethnically minoritized youth. I am also interested in applying these insights to inform the refinement of current evidence-based interventions for these disorders in marginalized youth populations to improve treatment efficacy and outcomes.
