• Drive the strategy and execution of national events, overseeing logistics, budgeting, vendor management, contract negotiations, and collateral development to deliver high-quality experiences.• Collaborate with senior leadership to establish strategic objectives and KPIs related to events and operating plan.• Develop event timelines, budgets and processes to drive seamless execution and achieve goals for external and internal events, ranging from multi-day leadership development conferences to week-long activations.• Act as a thought leader and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and align event strategies with DEIB goals resulting in high-level attendee and key stakeholder satisfaction.
