I am a self-directed and driven senior nonprofit management professional with over 15 years of experience building and managing successful major revenue-making programs, donor cultivation and stewardship, data analysis and management, nonprofit communication, grant writing, and grant management.I have a strong academic background in communication studies (PhD) and social science (MA and BA degrees). Throughout my career, I have been maintaining a strong connection with academia by teaching graduate and undergraduate courses since 2002, with outstanding evaluations from both my students and my colleagues.I take great pride in my extensive experience working with diverse communities and in a wide variety of environments.
