My email address, realestate4everatt.net says it all. Growing up in Houston, Tx during the first oil boom launched my carrer. I had wonderfull mentors. My brother-in-law urged me to get my license, and I followed his advise, and went to work for Joe and Liz Arp. What I learned from them was on an excelerated learning curve. They were masters of the Houston real estate world. A move to Charlotte, NC and the oportunity to work for NCNB's real estate fund catapulted me into the world of Assemblages of land, and build to suit for pension funds. You know, NCNB is BOFA. An opportunity to move to Tampa Bay and another great husband and wife team Preston and Farley. Mike Preston had the CCIM, SIOR, etc. I was able to get in on the redevelopment of Clearwater Beach, and the halcyon real estate days of Florida. My gut instinct warned me of an impending burst of the Fl. real estate bubble. I sold my house at top $$ and back to Houston where my son has a guess what?
