Manage the admission process of all applications for The College of Health Science PhysicianAssistant Program. Perform system configurations, set user permissions, status updates and data management, Coordinate external clinical rotations for students at various healthcare facilities; including hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices. Review/process healthcare facility contracts.

Responsible for performing system testing on various operating systems within the company. Ensure new development/enhancements/products and quality of the systems are functioning as designed before implementation into the production environment. ● Represented the various business areas as a subject matter expert ● Participated in business requirement meetings● Developed test plans, test data, write/execute test scripts, web testing● Managed defect submission through Mercury Quality Center● Reviewed legal and communication documents prior to implementation● Provided production support to business units after deployment

Assure quality assurance through telephone monitoring. Provide coaching and feedback to staff on a monthly basis. Provide the Director and Managers with monthly statistics. Submit monthly reports regarding issues addressed and areas of concern to the Managers. Submit information to Training Manager regarding areas for follow-up training. Provide training for new Monitoring Specialist.

Provide backup support to Team Lead, Assist Line coverage, work on resolution issues and QC paperwork. Provide backup coverage for School Services Department. Cross trained on all areas of the Customer Contact Center.
