The Property Tax Representative is responsible for ensuring all property taxes are paid on a timely basis, and all client and investor inquiries are processed in a timely manner. • Remit taxes in a timely manner according to all due dates provided by the cities • Ensure that sufficient funds reside in the clients’ tax escrow account to cover tax payments when due and follow up with client to request additional funds when required • Maintain direct communication with all cities across Canada regarding customer accounts • Answer client or investor tax inquiries • Update system files with proof that taxes are paid for clients who are responsible for their own taxes • Complete special projects as assigned by the Supervisor
