Manage the daily operations of our Stabilization Shelter Program, follow all safety protocols. Attending weekly and or monthly Staff meetings and case conferencing client cases. Take care of any maintenance needs. Stay in close contact with the City Assistant Manager.

Transitional Housing Director/Case Manager at March Air Base. 50 women and children were housed for up to 1 year. Worked on housing placement, substance abuse solutions, domestic violence safe placement.Case Manager for clients both at Transitional Housing and Emergency Shelter. Case Manager for clients at Emergency Family Shelter . Facilitated Life Skills, Budgeting and Health and Wellness Workshops weekly.

Telephone operator, Service Assistant, Engineering Administrator.

Managed 5 Transitional Homes for homeless single women and women with children. Collected program fees, Case Managed, led workshops, bible studies and resolved any and all problems. Met with clients weekly.

Attended monthly Board meeting, served at Events helping the Homeless under Norma Rossi. Helped at the Food Pantry, researched for available shelters for families when needed.

Spanish to English interpreter at Washoe County Court House, (on call) assisted clients with job search and assisted at interviews. Office Assistant answering phones, filing and greeting visitors. Part of College Internship.
