• Provide assessment, evaluation, crisis intervention, and referral services to adult and adolescent patients in an inpatient psychiatric hospital setting• Collaborate and participate with multidisciplinary team to establish a comprehensive treatment plan to address patient's needs • Educate patient, family, and/or significant others regarding patient's mental illness, compliance with medication, and aftercare/discharge plan• Provide ongoing assessment of patient and/or family's ability to assist in promoting patient's recovery and improvement of overall daily functioning
