Responsible for the leasing activities, training, review and coaching of all sales staff, resident customer service and prospect management responsibilities. Create and implement plans to successfully lease-up each year. Responsible for the achievement of leasing and sales goals and financial objectives. Lead projects, such as special events and cause-related leasing. Develop, implements and monitors systems and procedures (short/long-term marketing, resident retention, renewal plans, and budgets).

As a communications intern, myself along with other students from the IMC program worked together to develop a campaign for their Energy Right program. The goal was to create a larger target audience for their campaign to reach, as well as obtaining more participants in their energy savings program. In order to do so I had to creatively find a way to make the topic of energy saving more appealing to people in our local community and get them to actively participate. At the end of the internship I had successfully developed an integrated marketing campaign that was logical, catchy, creative, and affective. It included everything from events to promotional packages to social media awareness.

HottyToddy.com is The New Media Lab, formed to service the local, regional, national and global Oxford and Ole Miss family. I Manage and update their social media applications (Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram). Also, I brainstorm ideas to create social media campaigns that gains them more followers and attention within the Ole Miss community. I help promote and organize events that HottyToddy.com is hosting in the Oxford area.

At OLHS they needed help getting the word out to the local community about all the work they do for the homeless animals in North Mississippi. I developed a campaign for them about adoption awareness so that they could get more animals adopted and more volunteer help. I managed/updated their Twitter & Facebook and I created them an Instagram account. I also taught superiors how to effectively use social media tools to their advantage. I wrote press releases & articles for the local newspaper.
