Starting as an Office Administrator at Applied Environmental Sciences, Inc. (AES) which was sold to ATC Group Services on 01/01/17. In July 2021, we became known as Atlas.

A one-week temporary assignment became a four-month position based on my recommendation and implementation of a system change. File management, research data, scanning, processing incoming and outgoing mail, backup receptionist. Letter of recommendation available.

Worked several short- and long-term assignments for the 2010 US Census. Assigned, reviewed and collected work and timesheets from staff. Conducted interviews and completed forms. Created and updated maps and address information. Assisted in training.

Handled high volume of calls, emails and fax requests for 6 manufacturers product lines. Duties included: Order entry (SAP), processing return requests, price verifications, and cross referencing parts.

Administrative support for Regional Sales Office. Coordinated details of client programs. Organized large client/prospective client luncheon meetings.
