-Ensure Compliance of Plant manufacturing operations and Quality Management System versus Internal Corporate guidelines, regulatory requirements and international standards ( ISO std: 9001:2015, ISO13485:2016, GMPs, EU guidelines, GAMP)-QA/QS Management Review (KPI’s, Plant objectives, Quality Management project)-Internal Audit and External Audit Plant representative. -CAPA process leader-Complaint handling management and continuous improvement approach-Responsible for Spending, Financial forecast and Value Improvement Projects for QA department- Plant Lead of Risk Based Lifecycle Management project (Global project, risk-based and safety oriented, with the scope to define a state of control and a continuous monitoring of the entire production process) - Management of Validation Master Plan and Qualification activities (i.e. New film structures in R&D environment, Critical Process Parameter with DOE approach, Test Method Validation Destructive and Non-destructive with Gage R&R studies, Clean Rooms)- Management for the overall in process quality control through the implementation of sampling plan based on defined AQL and ISO standard (ref. ISO 3951-1)- Management of Calibration program through a dedicated software (Maximo system)- Responsible in Lean Organization (EMS) of Element 4: Measurement Analysis & Knowledge Management, in order to define standard approach in process/product data analysis, trend and evaluation of After Action Review (AAR) in case of complaint, non-conformity, negative trend or project improvement.- Strong support in other elements of EMS: i.e. Visual Management, Daily Accountability, Leader standard Work, A3, - Close collaboration with Manufacturing department in initiating CAPAs and Change Controls related to complaints and quality improvements (in TrackWise 8 environment)- Collaboration with Engineering Department for new projects involving validation activities (i.e. compressed air system, automated vision system)
