About Gloria Huerta (She/Ella)

Gloria Huerta is the Chief Operating Officer for Miocar. She currently oversees the day-to-day operational and administrative functions of Miocar. Her primary focus has been on the strategic development, deployment, management and expansion of Míocar’s electric vehicle carsharing program available in Richmond, Stockton, Tulare County and Kern County. As someone who grew up in Orosi, an unincorporated community where Míocar has been available to its residents, Gloria has been able to see the impact that Míocar has had in her community. Prior to Miocar she worked with Mobility Development Operations as the Director of National Carshare Programs where she coordinated the start-up, operations and member services of several carsharing programs in NY, MA and OR. Gloria holds a Global Master’s degree in International Relations from Webster University and a Bachelor’s in Ethnic Studies and International Relations from Mills College.
