    - Part of the project team that developed and implemented the LEP Tracking System (a new online system) for the Department.- Implemented the User Acceptance Testing phase of Stage 1 of the project and provided ongoing technical support to the users of the system.- Facilitator and presenter for the training provided to the Minister and her advisors, as well as the Department's senior executives and planners.- Developed and maintained the contents of the User Manual for the tracking system.- Part of the project team for the scoping and development of Stage 2 of the LEP Tracking System project.- Team Leader for the User Acceptance Testing phase of the project, and provided technical support to the testers during the 3 week UAT phase.- Improved and streamlined a number of administrative processes within 2 business units to ensure the units consistently met tight deadlines and timeframes.- Conducted an information audit for 1 business unit, and consolidated the existing information and statistics into more user-friendly formats and made improvements to the electronic filing structure.- Worked closely with a Director and the Regional Teams to produce timely and accurate statistics on a fortnightly basis for the Director General, for submission to the Minister for inclusion and publication in official reports.- Has extensive training in Objective (the Department's Information Management System) as well as SAP and the Employee Self Service module and is a local trainer / trouble-shooter to the Department's staff members at the Bridge Street offices.
