I currently work the salon’s front desk full time as well as managing the stylists. I do bi weekly inventory check, running the social media accounts, answering phone calls, scheduling clients, and learning to do much more.

At LENTS, I started off as a front desk coordinator which was checking patients in, scheduling for the doctors, and answering phone calls all day. I moved up to insurance at the office, so I was checking insurance policies for the patients that were arriving.

My mother opened up her own clothing store and I helped run her employees, her merchandise, maintain the store’s experience.

I started off at Dolce Vita as a front desk coordinator only, then worked my way up to manager. I was in charge of the stylist’s schedules, their time off, the inventory, adding in products, scheduling other front desk girls, training, keeping up with the stylist’s numbers, while being front desk.

I was one of the front desk coordinators at this high volume hair salon. I was constantly keeping clients happy, making sure the stylists were good, maintaining their schedules, checking people in and out, and closing out the drawer every day. After a while working there I started taking over their social media as well.

I was in charge of all employee’s schedules as well as working the front of the store, closing out the cash drawer every night, maintaining excellent customer service, and making sure everyone left with a good experience.
