GiveDirectly is one of the most innovative and unorthodox nonprofit organizations that I have come across. The organization is headquartered in New York and work mostly in Africa to deliver unconditional cash to families living in extremely poverty; while ensuring this is achieved in the most efficient framework and most transparent channels to donors. We now operate in 6 country around Africa and leverage technologies such as Mobile Money to effect cash transfers. As a Field Director for Rwanda, I am responsible of the cash delivery processes, the coordination of operations and the optimization of resource management. The rigorous data collection and analysis culture drives the teams efficiency and creates a result-focused (cash delivery) mindset throughout the organization which I am utterly proud to contribute to.

Fractals & Clouds started as a pet project where the aim was to research ways to subsidize internet for the average Rwandan consumer. In order to achieve that, we created a cloud-based platform that allows for the sales and marketing teams to interact with their products/service consumers. This provides increased and measurable visibility and a wealth of data is collected along the process. The platform has touched 4,500+ users today and we expect to see exponential growth in the coming months.

Axiom Networks is one of the most remarkable Rwandan startups. In less than 5 years, it grown from insignificant internet re-seller to the fastest growing internet based Rwandan ISP. I was blessed to lead the sales efforts of the company for what I like to call the most formative years of my carrier as a business woman. As a team created a reputation of over-achievers and problem solvers for our clients while outperforming competition when it came to customer care and service delivery.
