Gloria Park’s mission is to cultivate long-lasting client relationships built on trust and integrity, and maintain a recruitment work practice that is insightful, responsive and driven. Gloria brings a unique approach to recruiting and supporting the hiring needs of her clients. Her combined hands-on technical and legal experience allows her to quickly recruit and place the best candidates. She recruits for all positions within law firms and corporations and specializes in executive and attorney level recruitment. Her technical and creative background also enables her to fill specialized legal support positions. Gloria also gained extensive litigation experience, first with a national law firm, and later, with a trial consulting firm. As a trial graphics consultant and PowerPoint specialist, Gloria closely partnered with leading defense and plaintiff attorneys and participated in numerous trials, from pre-trial preparation through opening and closing arguments. Prior to Park Recruiting, Gloria was a Founding Partner at Precedent Recruiting (formerly Wolfe Busby Park), a boutique legal recruitment agency in Los Angeles, established in 2007. She holds an M.F.A. from Columbia University in the City of New York and a B.A. from the University of California at San Diego.Gloria has conducted presentations for the Members of the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators (GLA ALA), the Los Angeles Legal Secretaries Association, and the UCLA and UC Irvine Paralegal Programs. She also volunteers at the Downtown Women’s Center helping women in Los Angeles' Skid Row community with job readiness and computer training workshops.
