I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Satya Wacana Christian University, graduating in 2021. In 2021, I completed an internship at the Temanggung Sensory Netra Disability Social Service Center (PPSDSN), where I focused on preparing individuals with visual sensory disabilities for employment opportunities.I am currently working as an HR Sourcing & Recruiting specialist at PT Pandawa Karya Citra (Peoplesight Group) since May 2023. Previously, I worked in HR Recruitment and Selection at PT Morich Indo Fashion II from February 2022 to March 2023. I have comprehensive expertise in the end-to-end recruitment process and am skilled in administering psychological assessment tools such as EPPS, IST, DISC, DAT/DAP, Kreaplin Pauli, and others. I am also proficient in applying the BEI (Behavioral Event Interview) method to enhance recruitment effectiveness.Throughout my career, I have been responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, drafting employment agreements, extending employee contracts, building partnerships with clients, and sourcing candidates. I have a solid understanding of Manpower Law and am continuously updating my knowledge on its application. To validate my competencies, I have obtained the BNSP Garuda Emas certification as a Professional HR Officer.
