- Design localization process tailored for each product's release cadence and budget- Own translation requests, delivery and LQA for platform and managed package products- Educate product teams on localization process and requirements to enable localization- Work closely with in-country business teams to drive quality improvement on new products- Brainstorm and continuously improve process and efficiency by working closely with the external localization service provider

- Constantly improved and adjusted the process by analyzing the source of content and working closely with the internal and external teams against challenging budget and time constraints- Managed and mentored internal localization and community contractors- Led editorial team's daily stand-ups to ensure editorial team's contents are on track to get localized on time for sim-ships including in-game newsfeed, website articles, and marketing & PR assets

- Built agile localization process to meet daily localization requests from cross-functional teams- Managed community managers in Asian regions who escalated community issues and distributed latest news from developer teams- Supported co-founders and leadership to successfully partner with e-sport production partners in Korea and run multi-million dollar tournaments in global scale- Successfully launched the product in new markets: Korea, Japan, China and South East Asia

- Owned localization quality for assigned web and mobile games- Liaison between product teams and external LQA vendors- Created LQA programs tailored for each game team's localization needs and their budget- Trained the external LQA team on game production, mobile testing, and project management

• Coordinate daily projects for Localization QA testers to run testing for Zynga's web and mobile games and deliver the QA reports and linguistic analysis.• Communicate with the International Producers, Game Producers, Localization Engineers, and Developers to plan and prioritize Localization testing of the products and provide testing environment and information needed for L10n testing.• Share knowledge and train Localization QA testers in vendor companies for efficient and smart L10n QA testing

• Successfully localized and oversaw the content development of Allrecipes.kr through to launch • Translated majority of site content including terms and conditions, privacy policy, and other legal terms for Korea site• Translate and localize recipes from English and Japanese to Korean, as well as from English and Korean to Japanese• Saw continued growth in unique site visitors per month since KR launch (June 2010)• Update the home page of both Korea and Japan site regularly with new recipes and featured recipes• Communicated with the marketing teams of two Japanese magazines and arranged to feature vegetarian recipes and international cuisines in their publications• Translate and test the mobile site project for both KR and JP

- Implemented automated testing process for localization quality assurance- Adopted automated test scripts designed for core functionality testing and utilized for LQA- Executed tests on testing environments for web and mobile and reported functional and linguistic issues to product and linguist teams- Successfully launched LinkedIn.com in Korean in Nov 2011 and its mobile application in Feb 2012
