Acting as a bridge between the corps members and NYSC. Working with the NYSC officials to ensure corps members pass through the scheme successfully. Coordination of community development group/activities and reporting to the ZI/LGI on such matters. Involvement in quarterly report preparation and in final clearance. Organization of corps members to ensure that they are doing as expected at all times. Attending to issues brought forth by corps members. Other jobs assigned by the ZI/LGI or other NYSC officials.

Filing, archiving, photocopying, scanning, laminating and mailing documents. Creating invoices and waybills, filing receipts and dealing with all financial documentation. Screening, answering and dealing with all incoming and outgoing telephone calls, messages and enquiries preparing minutes, correspondence and documents. Handling confidential information in line with the company’s data security protocols. General ad-hoc duties such as ordering stationary and tidying the office area.
