Glory Eze is a passionate researcher and program assistant (Graduate intern) at the Centre for Journalism Innovation and Development (CJID), where she is responsible for assisting Projects and project implementation under the Journalism programme, Dubawa, and supporting the Grant Management team. With a recent degree in Common Law, focused on Jurisprudence and International Law from the University of Ilorin, she brings a unique perspective to her work as a rights advocate and ethical leader.Throughout her career, Glory has held several leadership positions, including serving as the elected Vice-President of the National Union of Campus Journalists and the first female President of the Union of Campus Journalists at the University of Ilorin, an organization that has existed for over twenty-three years. Her hard work and dedication to her role earned her recognition as one of her faculty's twenty-seven most reputable students, as well as a meritorious award of service from her Union.In addition to her work, Glory is deeply interested in global development and advocacy for climate change. She believes that everyone has a role to play in protecting our planet and promoting sustainable practices, and she actively seeks out opportunities to make a positive impact in this area.When she's not working, Glory enjoys studying French and exploring other cultures.
