I am the Director of Computer Science at Rivier University.2019-2023: Elected as President/Chair the Wireless Innovation Forum. I have previously served as Chair of the Board, Secretary, and CTO. As CTO I helped lead the transformation from software radio to cognitive radio and spectrum advocacy.
