• Manage the sales performance including targets for a team of 6 recruiters through coaching and motivation. • Estimating risks and apply risk minimizing techniques to ensure business delivery expectations are met.• Leading and mentoring a team of recruiters who manage the entire recruiting life cycle of locum candidate bank from advertising, sourcing, screening onboarding and fostering strong candidate relationships.• Identify trends and leveraging knowledge, data, and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized recruiting strategies.• Dealt with complaints and allegations for both internal and external employees. • Overseeing the interview, recruitment, and retention of team members.• Provide accurate forecasts of team gross to profit for manager to use in weekly management and board meetings.• Monitor team performance and activity by collating activity reports.

The Role Includes:-Servicing 40+ clients across the private, public and voluntary sectors.-Maintaining high quality relationships with existing clients, whilst also developing new business to facilitate growth.-Weekly and monthly reporting of activity across current clients and business development opportunities.-Analysis of current operations to ensure all targets are being hit.-Winning new business, developing new relationships and facilitating growth for my personal desk and the team.-Maintaining strong relationships with candidates/locums, through open communication, providing them with weekly/monthly rosters. Dealing with any queries they may have.-Actioning of clients requirements, working to strict timelines and agreed quality measures, dealing with any queries they may have.
